How every driver earns their place
Getting approved to drive on Bizzo Ride takes more than a licence. We run a four-stage process before any driver can go live — and the checks never stop.
Identity Verification
Applicants submit a government-issued ID, selfie, and proof of vehicle registration. Our system cross-validates all three before the process continues.
Criminal Background Check
We partner with accredited screening agencies to run national and state-level criminal record checks covering a minimum of 7 years.
Vehicle Inspection
Every vehicle is inspected by a certified mechanic for roadworthiness — brakes, tyres, lights, seatbelts, and more — before it can carry passengers.
Ongoing Rating Monitoring
Drivers below a 4.6 threshold are automatically flagged for review. Persistent low ratings result in suspension and re-training.
